General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 6kdb platform and all its services. By registering on the platform or using any service, you will be considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

The following terms used in this document have been defined as:

• "Platform" refers to the 6kdb website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal gaming account.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on 6kdb, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If an account is opened by providing a false age, it will be cancelled immediately and all associated balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts being cancelled and deposited funds being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Identity verification (KYC) may be required to complete the withdrawal process. A copy of a national identity card or passport may need to be submitted for identity verification.

2.4 Account Security

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 6kdb is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The following methods are supported for receiving deposits:

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If identity verification has not been completed, there may be a delay in processing withdrawals.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made. If the deposit source is different, an alternative method may be considered after identity verification.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus can be received only once and requires a minimum deposit of ৳500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been met.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

6kdb's VIP program has 5 levels. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance from one level to the next through active gaming activity.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, such as repeatedly depositing and withdrawing the same funds or attempting to fulfil wagering requirements with low-risk bets, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

5.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the 6kdb platform are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This process is entirely independent and no one can control the results. 6kdb is fully committed to fair play.

5.2 Technical Errors

Game results caused by technical errors or server problems may be cancelled. In such situations, the decision of the platform authority will be considered final. No bonuses or winnings will be awarded due to technical errors.

5.3 Sports Betting

Designated odds and rules apply to bets on cricket, football, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the funds for that bet will be returned. In the event of incorrect odds being published, 6kdb reserves the right to correct them and cancel the related bets.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6kdb platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
• Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their information
• Participating in any form of fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Opening an account under a false or another person's identity
• Attempting to gain benefits by violating the terms of the bonus program
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Authority's Right to Take Action

In the following circumstances, 6kdb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated
• If there is suspicion of fraud or deception
• If the user is engaged in prohibited activities
• If identity verification cannot be completed
• At the user's own request

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may close their account if they wish. In this case, please contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. An opportunity will be given to withdraw the existing balance before the account is closed, however some balance may be forfeited due to incomplete wagering requirements.

Limitation of Liability

6kdb is committed to operating a reliable and secure platform. However, 6kdb will not bear any liability in the following cases:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own gaming decisions
• Disruption to game sessions due to internet disconnection
• Issues related to third-party services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)
• Losses caused by problems with the user's device or software
